--Standard Terms---We may decline an order if we feel we cannot deliver well, this is important because every commission is influenced by our style strengths & preferences-We will not accept a commission if we are not comfortable with its connotations, contexts or implications.-Do not claim full credit of the artwork's creation. While the commissioner has ownership of the artwork, we retain certain rights such as artist credits and being able to publish the art in our personal portfolio & social media.
Link the artists' relevant social media accounts when crediting.-Work purchased under NDA rights will not be posted publicly by the artist until the work has been made public by the commissioner.-Everything will be paid through paypal.
The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.-Payments are made half up front and half on approved final. The upfront cost is non refundable but commissions can be canceled if needed thus voiding the second payment. In the instance of cancelation the artist retains all rights to the work in question.-We will provide screenshots of WIPs. revisions throughout this process are negotiable,
but up to the final discretion of the artist. Additional revisions may cause charges to comp for rework time.-Only participate in any transaction if you are able to pay of your own ability or Credit. Chargebacks against us due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist.
